The Ultimate Custody Battle Workbook for Dads: Your Step-by-Step Workbook to Family Court Success!
Navigating family court can feel overwhelming, especially when you're fighting for custody of your kids. I’ve been there. That’s why I made this comprehensive workbook to help you prepare effectively, stay organized, and present your best case.
Inside, you’ll find practical tools and strategies tailored specifically for dads, based on my own experience preparing for 3 years, 20 hours per week, for my trial, studying appellate case law, researching a child’s psychological development, gathering evidence, and testifying for 28 hours on the stand. I got primary custody of our son using these techniques, against a gender-biased judge who was rubberstamping the mother every step of the way. This is a hands-on guide to building strong testimony that aligns with the best interest factors, as required by law.
Understand the full picture: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of both parents.
Stay organized: Use my key questions by best interest factor to document facts, evidence, and ideas.
Save time: With strategies refined through hours of preparation, this guide makes it easier and more efficient to get ready for court.
This workbook integrates all the questions and many key excerpts and strategies from Episodes 11 of my video series, so you’ll understand why each step matters and how to execute it confidently. I also include some content from Episodes 10 and others. Highlights include:
Crafting testimony that tells a compelling story.
Organizing evidence by best interest factors.
Learning key appellate case law to strengthen your arguments.
What You’ll Gain:
Clear guidance to help you articulate your side of the story effectively.
Questions you can copy and paste into Word or Excel to script and refine your testimony.
Insider tips from someone who’s been there.
Hear What Others Are Saying:
→ “You have no idea how helpful this is to us dads out here trying to fight for even partial custody”
→ “I can’t possibly express enough gratitude to you, Father X! Thank God I found your video series. I followed all of your steps and took all of your advice and it SAVED ME AND MY CHILD!...am recommending this series to a ‘Dads group’ I just joined...Thanks again, Sir.”
What specific strategies worked in your case?: “I’d say what really won it for me was using the best interest factors to block the judge from rubber-stamping mother. You are so right how biased the courts are, how lazy judges are, and how they just want to give the mother custody, make dad pay child support and get you out of the courtroom. I feel like I was headed into more negative territory as the judge tried to make excuses for why mom should get custody. But I pincered her, just like you said. So, she was cornered and couldn’t come up with the “totality of circumstances, on the record”. I was sweating bad at that point, but IT WORKED!”
→ “Man, you are great. Let this be known that your hard work and efforts, to shine positivity to fathers in our situations, can overcome the battles. I was absolutely stunned by the news today (Guardian Ad Litem's recommendation to make me the custodial parent). You have given me confidence over last 90 days and I really do appreciate you. I hope other fathers are seeing this because there is real truths to what you say. And more men need to be educated on this.”
→ “Great advice. I just went through this and got 50/50. We did it without having to go to court.”
→"You are doing a big service to the fathers who are dealing with the rigged family court system."
→ “I am challenged with a very similar case! You are absolutely right from ground to sky!”
→ “Your content is an inspiration to many others!"
→"It is not easy to give general advice on those complex topics, and you're doing an amazing job at it. This is so helpful, thanks a lot!"
→ “I am so appreciative for this series. My situation is incredibly similar...you've already done me such a service with these videos. Thank you.”
→ “I appreciate your wisdom. Keep up the good work. People need all the info they can get.”
